The neighborhood
Treetops on a quiet street.
The studio is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood of acreage lots, winding streets and century-old oaks. It is peaceful enough to hear wind in the branches, and deer pass through the area.
Downtown Austin is a short drive, with live music venues, restaurants and landmarks like Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool. Drive west and you are in the Texas Hill Country, among wineries, breweries and scenic trails.

Really hip space but up a fairly long set of stairs. That makes for a lot of privacy and great balcony view, but you are going to have to carry all your luggage and supplies up and down that elegant flight. It really is a well curated and peaceful space however.
