The neighborhood
A quiet street off Zilker.
Casa Sol sits on a quiet residential street with Zilker Park, Barton Springs and South Congress all close by. Near everything without being on top of it.
South Congress is the one to walk: shops, restaurants and live music along most of a mile. Barton Springs is a cold swim year round. Downtown is across the river, and the hike-and-bike trail runs along the near side of it.

We had a great stay! The space was beautiful and comfortable, the beds were great, and the location was really nice. There were a couple of small things that were missing when we arrived, but the host was extremely responsive and quick to get everything to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful and easy stay at Guest Haus! I booked the house for my bday weekend with some gfs and it was the perfect way to celebrate in Austin. The house is so spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend together. The beds were so comfortable and the pool was such a nice plus for the warm weather during our stay. The home is also waking distance from a lot of the main shops and restaurants, so it was easy to navigate or a short Uber ride to other parts of town. Highly recommend this stylish home if you're considering booking!

We were disappointed by the condition of the exterior of the home. The pool was dirty. The yard needed to be mowed and gardens needed to be weeded. There was broken floats, pool equipment and the trash was overflowing literally! For the price we definitely recommend the host do a better job with upkeep. Amazing location. Beautiful home…just needs some TLC if you continue to want to charge a rate of this price point. We shared these concerns and were told the yard would be addressed but it wasn’t. The trash was taken care of and my husband cleaned the pool.
